Welcome to KU9Z.Net

My name is Adam Strack and my Amateur Radio callsign is KU9Z.  I was first licensed in 1978 as KA9FBZ.  Later I received my General license and became N9BKM.  Eventually I passed the Extra exam and received KU9Z.  I love contesting.  Nothing beats a big run on CW to get the adrenaline going. And give me a 90 QSO run rate on SSB to see me in Heaven!

My station is a 6M-80M Comet vertical, Icom 756Pro3, DXLab for logging and RTTY, PSK31, JT65, etc.

When mobile I now run a FTM-350AR on 442.800+ and APRS (KU9Z) most morning and evening commutes.
